Job Robin is an AI-powered career development platform that generates personalized career documents based on information you provide. Job Robin is operated by Job Robin LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Purchases & Payment

All purchases are one-time transactions processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method. All sales are final.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on completed document generations. If your document fails to generate due to a technical failure on our end, we will regenerate it at no additional charge.

AI-Generated Content

All documents are generated based solely on the information you provide. We do not fabricate credentials, employment history, or achievements. AI-generated content is provided as writing assistance to help you articulate your own professional background — it is not professional career advice. You are responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy before using them in applications, interviews, or any other context.

Acceptable Use

Generated documents are licensed for your personal career use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize documents generated through Job Robin.

Intellectual Property

You own the documents generated from your inputs. Job Robin and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, underlying prompts, and systems used to generate those documents.

Privacy

Your use of Job Robin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

Job Robin is not responsible for career outcomes resulting from use of generated documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
