No Employment Guarantee

Job Robin, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, provides career-positioning, communication, and job search support tools intended to assist users in preparing for professional opportunities. We do not guarantee interviews, employment offers, compensation outcomes, recruiter engagement, or career advancement. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and applying any information, recommendations, or generated content provided through the Services.

User Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, career histories, and other materials uploaded to the Services.

Limited License to User Content

By uploading content, users grant Job Robin, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and delivering the Services.

AI Training & Data Usage

Job Robin, LLC does not use private user-uploaded resumes or personal career data to train public artificial intelligence models without user consent.

Subscription & Billing Protections

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Job Robin, LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, suspend accounts for misuse, revoke promotional access, and deny service in cases involving fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or abuse of refund policies.

Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method. All sales are final.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on completed document generations. If your document fails to generate due to a technical failure on our end, we will regenerate it at no additional charge.

Acceptable Use & Platform Abuse

Generated documents are licensed for your personal career use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize documents generated through Job Robin.

Users may not use the Services to develop competing products, train machine learning systems, extract prompts or system logic, systematically reproduce platform outputs at scale, scrape platform content, or engage in unauthorized automation.

Intellectual Property

Job Robin and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, underlying prompts, and systems used to generate documents and deliver the Services.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Services are provided for informational and career-support purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, recruiting representation, immigration advice, employment guarantees, or professional HR consultation.

Limitation of Liability

Job Robin, LLC shall not be liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, compensation negotiations, recruiter communications, rejected applications, or any decisions made by employers or third parties based on user-submitted or AI-generated materials.

Privacy

Your use of Job Robin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

Job Robin, LLC may retain backups, logs, or limited account information for security, compliance, or operational purposes after account deletion, subject to applicable laws and internal retention policies.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Beta & Experimental Features

Certain Services may be identified as beta, experimental, or early-access features and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
