Job Robin is an AI-powered career development platform operated by Job Robin LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. By using Job Robin, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information — your email address and name when you register
- Career information — the professional background and experience you submit in intake forms
- Payment information — all card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number, expiration date, or CVV
- Server logs — standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, retained for security and diagnostic purposes
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your personalized career documents using AI
- To deliver completed documents to your dashboard for review and download
- To send transactional notifications such as document-ready emails
- To improve the quality and reliability of the service
How We Store Your Information
Your generated documents are stored server-side and scoped to your account. They are accessible for re-download at any time from your dashboard. Documents and all associated data are retained until you delete your account.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate the service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI document generation via the Claude API
- Postmark — transactional email delivery
Each provider is bound by their own privacy and data processing policies.
AI & Your Data
The career information you provide is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your documents. This data is not used to train AI models. The documents produced from your inputs belong to you.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request its deletion. You can delete your account and all associated documents at any time from the Profile tab in your dashboard. These rights are available to all users, including those covered by GDPR and CCPA.
Cookies
Job Robin uses session cookies only, which are required to keep you logged in while you use the service. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
Children's Privacy
Job Robin is intended for use by adults and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
